Outgoing Mail Queue

I did something to Pegasus this morning, and I'm not sure exactly what or how to correct it.  Thought and suggestions would be appreciated.  There is probably an easy correction, but I don't know.

 

I tried sending an email with 12-15 smallish images, actually forwarding the email.  I received it earlier with no problem, it displayed with no problem.  When I tried to forward the email, with all images, I received an error message, something about, I think, "max cpu..."  A moment later Pegasus told me the email was ready to go.  I sent it, and nothing happened.  It did not send, it remained in the outgoing mail queue.  I went to "review queued mail", and found that it, that email,  is completely blank, no address, no subject, no body.  I told Pegasus to delete it.  Nothing happened.  It remains in the queued mail.

 

It won't send, it won't delete, it won't do anything but sit there.  I need help and suggestions.

 

I'm using PM 4.63.
