I'm in need of some help to resolve the following problem. This problem began on 29 August, 2015, while I was using an earlier version. I updated to V. 4.63 and still the problem persists.
PM launches and downloads mail just fine without incident.
However when I attempt to send email, PM displays the following message with no other recourse. PM remains locked until I delete the MAILBOXP.LCK file and then launches normally and the problem persists.
The message I receive appears in a window titled "Pegasus Mail for Windows". The message is:
"Pegasus Mail for Windows has stopped working." Two options are available to select:
#1. Windows can check online for a solution and close the program and close the program.
#2. Close the program.
